Welcome to the memorial page for

Anthony Zucco

November 1, 2017

Anthony S. "Tony" Zucco, 47, of East Oakmont, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017. He was the only son of Margaret (Warr) Zucco and the late Elmer Zucco. Tony loved and appreciated the outdoors and every detail of nature. Construction and art were his hobbies, and he made a career of them as well. Tony's creativeness and devotion to everything he sketched, tattooed, or built, undoubtedly captured the recipient's eye to his originality and charm. Nothing was discussed more by Tony than his love for his children. He looked at life very simply and did not believe in "stuff." Relationships he built throughout his life were of most importance to him. He was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his sweetheart of 15 years, Mary Brenner, residing with their son, Anthony Jr; also his three daughters, Alyssa (Jim) Weaver and their two children, of Apollo; Ashley (Dakota) Wilds and their two children, of Apollo; and Carly, of Leechburg; his mother, Margaret (Warr) Zucco; his sister, Deana (Doug) Maxwell and their four children, of Jackson Center, Pa.; his grandmother, Angeline Zucco, of Oakmont; and many other cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Zucco, on Sept. 8, 2016; and his grandfather, Silvio Zucco.
A chapel service for friends and family will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at Plum Creek Cemetery, Plum, followed by the interment of ashes. A memorial gathering will follow from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Holiday Park VFD, 415 Abers Creek Road, Plum, PA 15239. A memory box will be displayed at the fire hall. The family would find comfort and healing in privately reading your memories or funny stories left in the box. Arrangements by STEPHEN M. BRADY FUNERAL HOME, (412) 321-0495.
