William “Butch” Smoulder

Age 73 passed unexpectedly on Friday

January 15, 2021 of Spring Hill.

Beloved Husband of 52yrs. to Diane Smoulder.

Loving Father of Stacie (Michael) Smoulder-Brown

And the late Eric Smoulder

Pap of Ashley (John) Needham and Michaela Brown

Pappy of Nevaeh, Serenity, and Riley

 Also 5 step –grandchildren and

 many step-great grandchildren

Brother of Janet Warmus and the 

Late Wilma Badamo

Brother in law of Judy Gasbarro,

And Stephen Frketic. 

He will be missed by his many nieces,

Nephews, and friends.

Butch was a United States Army Veteran

And a Retired Truck Driver for Teamsters Local # 249

A proud and very active member of the Allegheny Elks Lodge #339

He served many roles in his 43 yrs. with the Elks,

Exalted Ruler P.D.D.G.R, Lodge Treasurer, and

Chair for Veterans Services

When he wasn’t cooking down at the Elks, which he loved to cook

He was spending time at his camp. 

Family was important to him whether it was playing with

the grandchildren, hunting with Eric, working on cars with his son in law,

or just heading out  of town on a vacation.

Born in Pittsburgh he loved any

Pittsburgh Sports teams especially the Steelers

And Roberto Clemente.

He could be stubborn at times, but he loved and cared for everyone. 

You just have to remember one thing….. Butch was always THE BOSS.

Visitation will be held Thursday 2-8pm
