Of Northside.

Loving Companion to Lisa Schmitt for 30 years.

Loving Father to Sheena, Shauna, and Carl.

"Pap" to Dallas Crestler and Thomas William Frost IV.

Brother to Bernard (Christine) O'Neil,

Michael (Sharon) O'Neil, Richard (Karen) O'Neil,

Patrick (Deborah) O'Neil, and Jimmy (Kim) Koskey.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard O'Neil and Mary (Antonacceo),

And brothers James and Edward O'Neil.

He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Dave loved sports, especially football and basketball.

He was also a very dedicated Steelers fan.

Dave was a charming man

Whose sense of humor will always be remembered.

Visitation Service will be held Sunday, March 28th from 1-5PM

Followed by a Catholic Blessing Service beginning at 4:30PM
