Thomas J. Patsilevas

"Lover" a lifetime resident of the

North Side passed away on

Monday November 15, 2021

at the age of 90.

Tom was preceded in death

by his parents Constantine (Gus)

and Anna (Slabodnick) Patsilevas,

siblings the late Marie (Mike) Colucci,

Bobby, and Wally.

He is survived by his brother Edward,

nephews Walt (Carolyn) Stein, and

Frank (Debbie) Colucci.

Tom was a proud graduate

of North Catholic and served in

the U.S. Navy.

A funeral mass of Christian

Burial will take place Tuesday

November 23, 2021 10:30am

at St. Peter's Church.

Family and Friends are invited

from 10am til mass

to pay their respects to Tom

Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery
