Age 59, passed on Thursday, July 21st, 2022, of the North Side.

Son of the late Robert and Dorothy Lowe

Loving companion of 21 years to Karen Brucker

Brother of Mark Dingus (Ruthann Jacobs),

Roy Jackson and the late Ralph Jackson Sr.

Uncle of Debbie (Ed) Parham, Linda (Bob) Thomas,

And Ralph Jackson Jr. Great uncle of Emmalee,

Jenna, Brianna, and Leia.

Stevie was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was a handyman that could fix anything with a good roll of duct tape.

Most of all he was a loyal friend and made everyone laugh.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
