Sandra Lee Ott, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Sandra lived life completely on her own terms, strong, stubborn, and funny until the very end. She loved her tea, her Pepsi, and her quiet moments, and she faced everything that came her way with toughness and heart.
She was one of six siblings, preceded in death by Gary, Beverly, and Stanly, and survived by Josephine and Steve Grubjesic.
Sandra was a devoted mother to Martin Ott, Joseph Ott, Melissa James, and Dana Ott. She was a proud grandmother to Alyza, Carina, Jessie, Riley, Melissa, Hailee, Kolton, Kyle, Nick, Nova, Stephen, Matthew, Paul, and Eugene, and to Sandra, who always held a special place in her heart. She also leaves behind four great-grandchildren who brought her so much joy.
She may not have lived with all of her family, but she was never far. Her strength, her humor, and most of all her laugh, loud, contagiou and one of a kind, will echo in the hearts of those who loved her. Sandra's laughter could turn an ordinary moment into a memory. She was the kind of woman who said exactly what she thought, stood firm in who she was, and left a mark on everyone who knew her.
Sandra will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who were lucky enough to know her.
Everyone is invited this Friday November 7, 2025 for a visitation 5-8pm with 7:30pm service
