Rickki Sheets Obituary


Rickki Sheets died December 30th, 2020 from complications of COVID-19.
Rickki was born in Pittsburgh, February 2nd, 1951.
He is survived by older brother James P. Sheets, sister Mary Lou Sheets,

and son Richard W. Sheets Jr. along with five other children.
Rickki was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a graduate of Brentwood High School class of 1969.
He was very musically inclined. He played the guitar and he loved to sing.
Some of his musical accomplishments:
In 1964, he performed at Brentwood High School Talent Show and

he sang the song “No Man is an Island” which was a favorite song of President JFK.

He received a standing ovation for his performance.
He also danced on the Come Alive show in the 1960s.
In later years, he recorded a record.
He is heaven now with his dog Snowy.
And he will be sadly missed by Xena and Angel.
Services for Mr. Sheets are private for immediate family.
Rickki will be laid to rest at the Veterans Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, PA.
