Loving Father of Paige

Brother of Joseph Vance, 

his twin sister Rachael Ruhl, 

and Jaime Vance.

Step Brother of Amanda and Amber

Uncle of Alexis, Taylor, Caiden, Eric,

Joseph, Carly, Jasino, Amaya, Gracelyna, 

Mason, and the late Matthew.

He will be missed by his many aunts,

uncles, cousins, and friends. 

A memorial service is being planned for a later date
