Randy Anthony Barnet
Randy Anthony Barnett was born May 5, 1956, to Jesse and Naomi (Turner) Barnett. Randy peacefully departed this world on January 11, 2022. He was proceeded in death by his mother and father.
Randy was educated in the Pittsburgh Public Schools system where he received his diploma from Langley High School. Randy went on to proudly drive for Yellow Cab for more than two decades.
He was skilled with his hands and loved to create and build beautiful outdoor landscapes, fish tanks and other decorative items. Randy also loved fishing, plants, playing poker, and painting. Later in his life after suffering from a stroke that left him paralyzed on the right side, Randy found happiness in painting and taught himself to paint with his left hand. His oldest daughter and her children titled his collection of paintings “No Right Hand Blues”.
Randy leaves to cherish his memory; his three beautiful daughters Temika (Marshall) Carlisle, Cachet Barnett, and Summer Barnett. His five grandchildren, Te’mar Carlisle, Marshall Carlisle Jr. , Claire Barnett, Cloe Barnett and Zarrina Barnett. His two step-grandchildren TaQuayla Minor-Carlisle and Shamar Carlisle. His siblings; Dolores Stewart, Vivian Edwards (Benjamin) Osborne, Lisa Thomas, Tina Barnett, Lawrence Barnett, and Joseph Barnett, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
