Quentin Miles Hatcher, 64, completed his earthly journey on December 30, 2024. His life will be celebrated on Saturday, January 18, 2025, with Funeral Services and a Repast at Victory Baptist Church, 1437 Juniata Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15233. Quentin, affectionately known as "Quency," was a man of many talents, renowned for his style, creativity, athleticism, and intellect. His charisma and artistic abilities left a lasting impression on all who knew him. But more than any of his accomplishments, Quentin’s legacy is defined by his love for his community and his unwavering belief in the value of people over possessions. His heart, kindness, and humanity were constant throughout his life, making him a deeply respected figure to those who were fortunate to know him. Quentin is survived by his mother, Carolyn Hatcher; his children Myisha (Los Angeles, CA), Charles (Pittsburgh, PA), Youri and Edward (Tallahassee, FL), Khalid (Pittsburgh, PA), and Whitney and Kudzi (Atlanta, GA); his siblings Duane (and wife) (Pittsburgh, PA), Tracey (Pittsburgh, PA), Galen (and Jacqueline) (Pittsburgh, PA), and Kaylea (Cleveland, OH); along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and childhood and college friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Harrion Hatcher Sr. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were touched by his remarkable life.
