Patricia Ann Carpenter

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Carpenter. She transitioned Monday January 27, 2025 at her home with her loving husband by her side. She was born January 14, 1949 in Butler, GA. A daughter of the late Marjorie and Ed Carter.

Patricia touched the hearts of everyone she met. She found peace and happiness in the comfort of her home. She enjoyed going fishing with her husband and watching old movies. She was a devoted mother and grandmother that kept smiles on everyone's faces.

She is survived by her husband Leodis Carpenter of 52 years. Children: Latrish Bryant, Lawrence Townes, Andre Carpenter, Andrea Lewis, Daughter in laws: Delores Ware and Rhodia Gill son in law: William Bryant and Derrick Lewis. Grandchildren: Lakeia Townes, Jeneha Townes, Jabriel Pailett, Tyler Bledsoe, Taelor Alexander, Nephateria and Nicole Gill, Monterey and Shardanay Carpenter, Nyel and Kai Lewis. Great grand kids: Tarian and Drew Donaldson, Keelan Steele, Basil Gill, Knox, Phoenix and Lennox Bledsoe, Carlton Calhoun and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.


In addition to her parents Patricia, was predeceased by her son: Anthony Gill, grandson: Andrew Hyatt, great grandson: Khalil McKoy

Patricia's legacy of love, kindness, laughter, and devotion will live on through those who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be truly missed and forever in our hearts.
