Matthew Souverin

Matthew “Country” “T-Pain” Souverin was born on April 3rd 1983 to Makila François and Sauveur Souverin at Pahokee hospital in Pahokee Florida.

Matthew transitioned to be with the Lord on June 16th 2023 at the young age of 40.

He attended Belle Glade Elementary and Lake Shore Middle School in Florida. He then graduated from School 13 in Paterson, New Jersey.

Then went to East Side High School, then later went to various job corps.

Matthew was a loving Son, father, brother, uncle, and cousin. He had this laugh that made you laugh with him.
His smile was contagious. He loved his family and friends hard. He was a huge Miami Dolphins fan.

He was huge on letting you know he’s Haitian. He was proud of his heritage. He will be truly missed by many.

Matthew is preceded in death by his Mother Makila François, Father Sauveur Souverin,

Uncles Raymond St. Fleur; Angel St. Fleur; Louis François.

He leaves behind his twin boys Xandyn and Zayne Morgan. His Grandmother Silina François.

His siblings Islude Souverin and Jeffery Souverin.

Special Father Figure Luke Pierre. Aunts Aline François; Christine Johnson; Emma Stoball.

Uncles Thomas Souverin;Carlos François Sr; Emmanuel St. Fleur; Sanice François Sr; Avary Johnson Sr.

Nephews Kaheem Sturdivant and Ishawn Souverin.

Nieces D’Asia and Amil White; Isla Peebles: Mya and Makila Souverin.

Visitation will be held Saturday July 8, 2023 from 11am til 12pm.

Funeral Service will begin at 12 pm at Stephen M. Brady Funeral Home Inc.
