  Joseph Allen Porter (Joey)

January 31, 1996-November 30, 2025

Passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 29 on November 30th 2025 in Pittsburg, Pa. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. 

Joey is survived by his mother Darlene Porter Robbins and step father Frank Robbins of Baltimore, and two older siblings Darla Miller of Gettysburg, Pa. and Jeffrey Porter Jr. of Libertytown, Md. 

He is preceded in death by his father Jeffrey Porter, grandfather Noah Porter, grandfather Clarence Newton, grandmother Florence Newton Glimore, uncle Larry Porter, aunt Joann Newton Carper and his uncle Donald Newton.

He lived in Hartstown, Pa. for 6 years with his girlfriend Kaylee Allen. He worked at Kraftmaid cabinetry in Ohio for the last 3 1/2 years.

Joey was a kind and gentle soul. He loved all animals so much that they ran a cat rescue together, his favorite cat being Micah. He also enjoyed hiking in the woods and collecting fossils. Some of his passions were writing, drawing and playing the video game Monster hunter.

His legacy will go on by the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
