Frederick Harry Harbaugh

 Born July 27, 1953

He touched so many lives in his 67 years 

  Until God took him home on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.

He was a dedicated, compassionate and supportive

Husband to Cathleen M. Harbaugh for over 47 wonderful years.

“They never had an argument”. 

Loving Father of  Sheryl Harbaugh (future son in law Ryan Reed)

Brother of Annie Weaver, Sharon Trembulak, Kathy Skibba,

Sallie Augustine, and the late Carol Sohl.  And his grandpuppy Lil Man

Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

He leaves us the legacy of strength, brutal honesty, unconditional love, 

And the importance of smiling – even when it hurts the most.  

A graduate of Oliver B. High School.

He went on to serve 4 yrs. in the Air Force.

During that short time, he received a letter of commendation

For his work as a Jet 4 Mechanic.

He also worked in many other fields

As a firefighter, medic, steel worker, ambulance driver,

 And a blood specimen courier.

Always working at a job that helped the community.

A devout member of Immanuel United Methodist Church

For over 20 years.  He helped with any maintenance issues,

Volunteered for the food bank, clothes cupboard, workshop,

And was a member of the choir where he could touch your heart

By singing from his. If you were lucky, you can say you met Fred.

And he knew A LOT of people. His huge personality, inappropriate jokes,

Compassion for people will keep his memory alive.  Forever.
