COLEEN (SANTUCCI) KLAJNOWSKI
With her family by her side, Coleen passed away peacefully on Friday, February 23, 2024 at the age of 92.
Coleen Jeanne (birthname Nickaleen) was born on March 1, 1931 to the loving parents of Ralph and Katharine (Almara) Santucci.
She is survived by sister Antonette McGaha, brother Anthony (Tony) Santucci, and many nieces and nephews, especially Sharon Kozak,
Mary Lou Kozak and Godchild Sandy Aleski who were always there for her.
Coleen was born and raised on the North Side of Pittsburgh by H. J. Heinz. She retired from Georgia Pacific at the age of 62.
She also volunteered at St. Wenceslaus and St. Ambrose Manor for many years.
Coleen was the loving and devoted mother of Linda Klajnowski, Deborah (the late Gregory) Cieply, and Arthur (Ellen) Klajnowski.
Adored by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Coleen was very special to her granddaughter,
Melinda Cieply, who devoted her life to helping her "Gram".
Coleen was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them.
She especially loved her role as Grandma.
She had a vivacious personality and always made people laugh and feel welcomed.
She loved her bingo and playing "winning" the lottery. She will be forever in our hearts.
A private viewing and blessing will be held.
