Age 82, passed at his home on Wednesday, November 4th, 2020

Of Spring Garden.

He was a long-time community advocate and started the Spring Garden Council

in the 1970s

Beloved husband of 63 years to the late Mary C. Klinger.

Loving Father of Gary (Sarah) Klinger, John (Kyle) Klinger

Mary Klinger-Shultz, and the late Charles Jr.,

Charlene, and James Klinger.

Pap of Holly (Billy) Brennen, Lauren Klinger,

Stephanie Nichol, David (Shelby) Schultz, Charles (Jessica) Klinger,

Jesse (Michelle), Jackie, Brittany Klinger,

And the late Ryan Schultz.

Great Pap to 24 great grandchildren.

Brother of Myra, Margaret, and the late Robert and Charlotte

Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
