Carole Ann Anthony
Loving Mother, Sister, Cousin, Aunt, Grandmother, and Friend.
Gone but Never Forgotten!
Carole Ann Anthony was born June 21st, 1948 to Frank Simmons and Anna Mae Cobbs who preceded her in death. She graduated from Allegheny High School. She furthered her education to Wheeler School of Business where she received as Associate's Degree. She further received a degree in Practical Nursing from Connelly Technical Institute in the Hill District. She loved taking care of people and being a nurse.
She enjoyed playing bingo with her daughter. She also enjoyed going to the casino. She spoke on the phone with her sisters everyday. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a GREAT sense of humor and loved to laugh. She was the life of the party. Everyone enjoyed her company. She was a GREAT cook. She cooked big meals almost everyday. Everyone says they will miss her spicy greens.
Carole was a Mother to everyone. She ALWAYS made sure that her door was always open. She made sure that everyone that crossed her path felt loved, had her ear, and their belly was full.
She was an understanding woman. She never angered fast, but if she did get angry, she would get over it just as quickly.
She LOVED her family with her WHOLE HEART.
Carole leaves to cherish her memory:
Artinese Malachi (Rory Malachi), Arthur Knight Jr. (Amy Walker), Jacques Early, Johnathan Smith (Ada Johnson), Donald Anthony Jr., Todd Summers, Craig Summers (who preceded her in death), Dejon Smith, Jonde Smith, and Lamiaya Fields, and her "Special" daughter Doneka Marshall.
